Kōwhai Sponsor SOLD
$6,300 + GST

Secure a spot as one of only three key sponsors of SLANZA 2024. Kōwhai sponsorship guarantees your company will feature prominently in the lead up to and throughout the conference as a major supporter of the conference and school library community in New Zealand

    • Recognition of sponsorship level during the opening and closing of conference plenaries

Coffee cart sponsorship - one of the most popular sponsorship opportunities, situated within the exhibition and dining space for maximum foot traffic.

This level of sponsorship is available to one organisation.

    • Opportunity to provide branding of the coffee cart, such as pull up banners, and branded coffee cups (sponsor to provide)

    • One complimentary exhibition stand

    • Recognition as a sponsor on audio-visual display at the conference

Conference Dinner
$3,500 + GST

The conference dinner is an eagerly anticipated event. It is a social highlight for delegates. The evening is an opportunity for delegates to enjoy themselves and network with peers.

This level of sponsorship is limited to one organisation.

    • Verbal acknowledgement as the evening’s sponsor throughout the dinner

    • Two complimentary tickets to the Dinner

    • Opportunity for your representative to provide a three-minute address at the dinner

    • Recognition as a sponsor on audio visual display at the conference

    • Verbal acknowledgement as a sponsor by the Conference MC

App Sponsor
$3,000 + GST

The Conference app is an important communications tool, ensuring delegates can access up-to-date information and details of the conference, such as the programme, speakers, venue information, both pre-conference and chat and network via the app while onsite.

This level of sponsorship is limited to one organisation

    • Company branding on the app which enables a delegate to view the most up-to-date conference programme and conference details

    • Recognition as a sponsor on audio-visual display at the conference

    • Verbal acknowledgement as a sponsor by the Conference MC

    • Acknowledgement of your sponsorship on the conference website and app including name, logo, 100-word blurb and clickable link to your website

$1,500 + GST

    • Acknowledgement in the conference programme by the person introducing the presenter

    • Your company logo prominently displayed at the start and conclusion of your speaker’s conference address

    • Opportunity to display a banner in the conference room during the presentation

    • Company logo on the conference website, with a link to the company’s website

    • 100-word profile of the company or products, with contact details included in the Conference App

    • The selection of the speaker and content of the presentation will be determined by the Organising Committee and subject to approval from the selected speaker.
